Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on pricing, chemicals, and getting started.

How much does pool service cost?

Maintenance is priced per visit: weekly is $40/visit, biweekly is $45/visit, and monthly is $50/visit. Chemicals are billed separately at cost, never bundled with a markup. You can estimate your monthly and yearly cost with our service cost calculator.

Are chemicals included in the price?

No, and that's on purpose. Chemicals are billed separately at actual cost, so you only pay for what your pool truly uses, with no hidden markup padding the bill.

How often should my pool be serviced?

In the summer heat we strongly recommend weekly service, that's when chemistry swings fastest and a skipped week shows. We'll run weekly, biweekly, or monthly and do our best to keep your pool great either way. In the cooler months many pools can move to biweekly, as long as trees and debris aren't working against them. Some pools can stretch, some can't, it depends on your yard and how the pool is used, and we'll tell you honestly what yours needs.

Do you fix equipment, or just clean?

Both. On top of routine cleaning we repair and replace pumps, motors, filters, salt cells, heaters, valves, and automation. We'll tell you honestly when something is better replaced than patched.

My pool is green. Can you fix it?

Yes. Our green-to-clean service assesses the pool, shocks and treats it, clears the water, cleans out what's settled, and gets it swimmable again, then sets you up on a plan to keep it clear.

Do you service spas and hot tubs?

We do, water chemistry, cleaning, filter service, and equipment checks, tuned for our hard desert water.

What areas do you serve?

St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, and Ivins, plus the areas around them. See the service area page.
