Maintenance is priced per visit, not as a flat month, so you only ever pay for the visits you actually get.
Pool and attached spa on shared equipment: same prices, the spa is included. A pool plus a detached spa on its own equipment adds $5 per visit ($45 weekly, $50 biweekly, $55 monthly). A detached hot tub or spa on its own is $27.50 weekly, $30 biweekly, or $35 monthly. Properties with more than one pool add $20 per visit for each additional pool, so two pools on weekly service runs $60 per visit.
Standalone water features are their own thing: fountains, ponds, and features running on their own pump need their own service, separate from the pool, at $2.50 each per visit. Features built into the pool are simply part of the pool's service.

Repairs are billed hourly or by quote, and you will know which it is, and what to expect, before we start. Pressure washing decks, patios, and covers is $100 an hour of labor, added onto a visit or booked on its own. Specialty work like green-to-clean recoveries, drain and refills, and fill-line water softening systems are quoted for your specific pool, because honest numbers there depend on what we find.
